I recently got the opportunity to attend an ICT with Mr P training conference which was incredible! I came away feeling really inspired and buzzing with ideas and tried them out as soon as I got into class.
One of my favourite ideas was to use the app Explain Everything to improve reasoning in maths.
After teaching just over a week of fractions and decimals, I challenged the children to create a maths quiz for another pair in the class. One of the results is below.
I found the children completely engaged with this and challenged themselves by wanting to create difficult questions for their peers.
App is really easy to use and is completely free. Give it a try and let me know how you get on.
